一个简单的道家功法
A easy Taoism Breath
Generally speaking, there are 2 types of breath sect, one is Taoism (道家); another is Buddhism (佛家). Here is Taosim Breath:
Step 1: Sit straightly or just lying down, recommended to sit, trying to make the acupuncture of Baihui/Vertebrobasilar (Center of Head); Middle Dantian (Center of Chest/Breast); Low Dantian/Public (Center of Belly) in the same line.
Step 2: Pick up a shinning object/point, stare the point by concentrating both eys through frame of nose (putting both puples together). In this way, you can allow mess mind, but no talk.
Step 3: After 15 minutes, while feeling sore in eyes, close both eyes, turn eyes 36 times clock-wise, then conduct air into low Dantian; turn eyes 36 times anti clock-wise; then conduct air into low Dantian.
Step 4: Concentrate mind in Low Dantian, relaxing full body, imaging Venus; Jupiter; Mercury; Mars; Saturn around body; if feeling sleepy, go sleep.
Theory:
1. Accoring to Chinese Medicine, human body was formed from the 5 planets around the earth instead of from our mother.
2. Nothing is eternal but Qi, (in Europen Theory, Qi is also called Ether or Force and morden science has proved the existence of ether), obtaining this force is by relaxing body, that’s why relaxation is key in breath.
Breath is not the meaning of breathing or way of breathing or even breath. DON’T care about breath in practising breath. If the method adopted was correct, after 3 months, you would feel hot in the acupuncture of Spine (夹脊=center of end of shoulder in back), by then, contact me.
